Advertise a cottage for leasing (free of charge)

Your subleasing advert is published immediately after your registration. You have access to a well developed booking system where you can easily administrate interest notifications and send reservation confirmations, contracts and other messages. The booking system gives you an overview of when your cottage is already leased and to which tenants.

Registration instructions:

Step 1
Enter the residence information as well as a description of the quarters.

Step 2
Upload a maximum of eight photos of your residence.

Step 3
Register which weeks your residence or cottage is available for subleasing.

Step 4

Register your personal and contact information.

Booking administration

When logged in you have access to an administration page called “Booking”.

“Booking” is divided in five sections:

  1. Register a new booking
  2. View new bookings
  3. Awaiting payment from
  4. Awaiting rent from
  5. Paid and ready to lease from

The different sections assist you to sort out your bookings. In each section you can easily select the actions you wish to make regarding the bookings and what message you wish to send to that specific tenant. The message is sent by e-mail, logged, and the booking is moved to the correct section. This provides you with the possibility to follow and see the booking status from newly arrived to paid and ready.

In the menu “Templates” you can find templates of subleasing contract and messages. Make changes in the templates so that they fit you and your leasing criteria.

It is very important that you read the “Good Advice” located on our website as it concerns the general rules for subleasing. You must decide which payment and cancellation conditions will be valid for your subleasing. You can enter this the first appendix of the subleasing contract

In the menu “Leasing history” there is a history of all the bookings and messages you have sent to each vacation tenant. Good luck!
